At Nook and Nest LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- It must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you about the approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue for quick resolution
We will offer a replacement or full refund where applicable.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
